Our Team

Management – James Wilson and his brother Mark lead the team at Pandaprint. We have a highly experienced and effective management team throughout the company.   We believe this is critical to our continued success and development.

Estimating – Lloyd Mair, our Estimator, brings a wealth of experience and a strong customer service focus to his position, and is delighted to offer advice and guidance to help deliver optimal cost effective print solutions for our customers.

Prepress – Dani Tompsett is a Graphic Designer from Kent who has recently graduated from University College of the Creative Arts, Maidstone. Dani’s fresh and innovative designs have already proved to be a major success for several of our customers.  Dani’s design abilities compliment the skills of our experienced pre-press operators Paul and Andy.  Combining our operators knowledge and experience with Heidelberg’s superb Prinect workflow management system means Pandaprint can offer a world class prepress service.  The team are delighted to advise and assist customers with any artwork queries.

Production – Pandaprint has an experienced and efficient production team who take great pride in their work. Currently four of our team have been with the company for over 25 years, helping to maintain the company’s core traditions and values whilst Pandaprint adapts and invests in constantly evolving new technologies and processes.   
 

A Family Business

The Wilson family has a long and proud history in the Scottish Print Industry.  James Wilson & Company was established in 1911 by James Wilson.  This successful printing company was inherited by Robert Wilson,  son of James, shortly after the second world war.  Pandaprint’s current Chairman (Non Exec) James Wilson, joined the family company in 1969 before fully  taking over from Robert in 1974.  Following a highly successful decade, James Wilson & Company was sold in the early 1980’s.  Happily the family's traditions and heritage still live on today through the next generation and Pandaprint.
